This is my dream house in Jamaica! Oceans 8 is a jaw dropping 6-bedroom residence located in the Tryall Club – didn’t I tell you that they have the best villas? Enjoy 300 feet of waterfront, panoramic views stretching from east to west. Five King bedrooms offer views of the Caribbean Sea while the 6th bedroom with two Queen beds has a tranquil garden view.
This villa also offers membership at the exclusive Tryall Club with all the VIP Perks.
3. Silent Waters
Silent Waters is one of the most glamorous private homes visited by many celebrities. The eight bedroom villa features twelve buildings, a helicopter pad and a tennis court. The superb location on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay is ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings, yoga retreats, and more.

4. Panorama
This sprawling ranch-style home which was once the vacation home of Audrey Hepburn. If you are looking for an off the beaten path vacation, this is the ideal choice. It is located in Port Antonio which is the eastern tip of the island. This stunning villa boasts a 360-degree view of the John Crow and Blue Mountain peaks, while displaying the Caribbean Sea in all its splendor.
Lush vegetation and paved walkways give you a charming backdrop to create the best of memories. Hang by the pool, curl up with a book in the art-filled great room or record a song at the nearby Geejam music studio.
5. Sundown
Sundown Villa epitomizes what an exquisite, vacation villa should be. A romantic hideaway for its guests, the six bedroom villa has been renovated with new furnishings including an exercise area with a high-end treadmill and an 8 person hot tub close to the beach.
7. Canoe Cove
Canoe Cove is a spectacular 7-Bedroom villa estate on 3 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in Old Fort Bay, Ocho Rios. It forms the perfect backdrop for the magnificent open-air villa. You can soak up the sun on the beach or by the three lane 75-feet junior Olympic sized pool.

8. Fortlands Point
This is a favourite pick for my clients as it is one of the newest villas in Discovery Bay. It offers panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and Discovery Bay from its expansive terraces and dramatic infinity pool area. The 9-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom villa offers spacious and elegant indoor and outdoor settings to meet your every mood.
The 3-acre lot offers sea views in three directions. The villa has recently added a two-bedroom cottage with a gym and family room. The cottage family room has a pool table, large game area, surround sound, large screen TV and a bar.
9. Makana
This beautiful 7-bedroom villa is designed to provide an unforgettable setting for a memorable vacation. It’s located in Discovery Bay which is also in the northern part of the island. The furnishings are stylish and elegant, and great attention has been given to every detail. Outdoor living is complemented by the infinity-edge swimming pool, hot tub and seaside gazebo with spectacular views of Discovery Bay, the mountains, and brilliant sunsets.
10. Hanover Grange
This 9 bedroom villa is fully staffed with its own chef, butler, housekeepers, laundress and gardeners. It is located just outside of Montego Bay at the Tryall Club which is the most exclusive private estate in Jamaica with a collection of the most opulent villas.
Hanover Grange has sea views from most rooms. Membership of Tryall Club allows guests access to a private beach club, an 18 hole championship golf course, tennis courts and a fitness suite.
