TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“terms” or “conditions”), together with any other written information we bring to your attention before we confirm your travel, apply to your booking with Dream Aloud Travels Limited (“we” or “us” or “our”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Terms of Service references to “you” or “your” or “client” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred. If you have any further questions after reading these Terms of Service then please contact us. We act only as a travel agent. When you make a booking, your contract (or contracts) will always be with the supplier(s) of the travel services you have booked. All travel services for persons under the age of 18 must be made with consent of their legal guardian. Dream Aloud Travels has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. Dream Aloud Travels encourages you to print out a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.

Our obligations to you may vary depending upon which arrangements you book with us, and we set them out clearly below.

The refund policy is based on the product/service you purchase from Dream Aloud Travels.

GENERAL

  1. Client Responsibility
  • Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the Terms & Conditions associated and you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.
  • Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.
  • Your purchase does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your purchase will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges.
  1. Passports and Visas
  • You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected travel itinerary. The validity of your passport is your responsible and you should always be aware of your expiry date. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.
  • You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations.
  • Wherein Dream Aloud Travels will sometimes assist clients in applying for visas, the traveler will assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country.
  • You must share all traveler names on your reservation exactly as they appear on each traveler’s passport, including titles such as Jr. or Sr. and any multiple first, middle or last names. If accurate information is not provided, airlines may charge penalties to make corrections or even deny boarding, and you may not be permitted to enter some countries. Any changes in names or passport information should be reported to us immediately via email.
  • We will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country. We will not be held responsible for any charges, trip interruptions, or cancellations due to incorrect or missing visas.
  1. Damages
  • We accept no responsibility for accidents, damage, baggage losses, delays and/or accidental expenses due to weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, terrorism, criminal acts committed by third parties, hostilities, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, sickness, quarantine, defects of vehicles or breakdown in equipment, or to the fault or default of any company used for carrying out these packages.
  • Regarding any and all services and accommodations furnished, we expressly disclaim all responsibility or liability over any matter whatsoever for loss, damage, injury or expense to property or person due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the duration of the trip or otherwise. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the passengers.
  1. Chargeback
  • You hereby waive any objection you may have to Dream Aloud Travel’s use of electronic records with Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or banks that issue credit cards should it be necessary for Dream Aloud Travels to respond to a chargeback. You agree that Dream Aloud Travels does business electronically by email, so email is accepted as the form of delivery of the services provided by Dream Aloud Travels. You are not ordering tickets to be delivered in person or by mail, so you agree to accept email as the form of delivery and instruct Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and banks that issue credit cards that email delivery constitutes delivery of services in this transaction.
  • You agree not to dispute a credit card charge on the basis of services not rendered if Dream Aloud Travels can prove that the service was fulfilled. You agree that you will not dispute any charge improperly. This includes filing chargebacks claiming fraud if you claim the name of Dream Aloud Travels was not recognized by you. In the event you file a chargeback improperly, you agree to provide a written statement to the credit card company confirming the charge is correct and should be paid to Dream Aloud Travels.
  • In the event legal action is necessary for Dream Aloud Travels to collect money taken away from Dream Aloud Travels through a chargeback or to collect the Chargeback Fee, you agree to pay Dream Aloud Travel’s legal expenses if Dream Aloud Travels wins the lawsuit.
  1. Medical Conditions, Pregnancy and Travel
  • If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if the medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us. It is each traveler’s responsibility to make certain that they have proper immunizations before travel – please see your health provider for advice. It is the responsibility of every traveler to meet with his or her doctor at least 8 weeks prior to travel to obtain any necessary vaccines or medications. We strongly recommend that you check with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for up-to-date, destination specific information related to food and water safety, infectious diseases, and other concerns.
  • You understand Dream Aloud Travels or local providers are not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.
  1. Disabilities and Travel
  • We embrace all people, regardless of colors or physical conditions. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that a special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. Dream Aloud Travels or local providers are not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request.
  1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
  • Dream Aloud Travels uses reasonable efforts to have accurate, complete and current information on its website. However, since travel and tour rates are constantly changing, we do not warrant that all information is up-to-date or free of technical or typographical errors. It is the user’s responsibility to verify any information before relying on it. We reserve the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within this site without prior notice. Access to, and use of, this website and the content thereof is at the risk of the user.
  • In certain instances, we have provided links to other websites solely for your convenience. These sites are not maintained or controlled by Dream Aloud Travels, and we are not responsible for their content. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, bugs, worms, Trojan horses and other items of a harmful or destructive nature.
  • If your contact information, including but not limited to, your email address, phone number, physical address or other data is incorrect, Dream Aloud Travels will not assume any liability for information not received by the customer/consumer.
  1. Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims
  2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without reference to conflicts of law rules. As a condition of the use of the Dream Aloud Travels website and service, you (the Customer) agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Jamaica and therefore agree to file any grievance or suit of any kind exclusively in the courts located within Jamaica. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. Dream Aloud Travels’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating or constituting a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between Dream Aloud Travels and the product providers or between Dream Aloud Travels and any other of its Corporate Partners. Neither the product providers nor any Corporate Partner shall have the ability to create any obligation on Dream Aloud Travels’ behalf. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dream Aloud Travels with respect to the use of www.dreamaloudtravels.com

9. Trademark and Copyright Information

  • The policy of Dream Aloud Travels regarding the use of Dream Aloud Travels trademarks, service marks, and/or logos (collectively, the “Marks”). Any use of our Marks must be in accordance with this policy. As used in this policy, “trademarks” means not just Dream Aloud Travels’ logos, but also the names of various products and services offered, which includes registered and/or unregistered Marks of Dream Aloud Travels. Marks of third parties may also be displayed on these websites. Nothing contained in this website including blog articles should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any marks/information displayed on this website, without the express written permission of Dream Aloud Travels or any third party that may own the Marks displayed on this website.
  1. Additional Disclosure
  • We are not the source or supplier of the travel services requested and acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, ground transportation and other companies providing accommodations, transportations, and/or other services. Each of these suppliers is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of our company. We shall not be liable for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to client or to those traveling with client in connection with any travel services we have booked, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of terrorism, breakdown in equipment, theft, delay, fuel increases or cancellation or change in intermarry or schedules. Client acknowledges and accepts that there are cancellation policies, change fees and penalties that apply to your travel plans and services as set by travel suppliers. If for any reason credit card charges are later declined, reversed or we are unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, Client acknowledges that this is a binding contract and we will be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection.
  1. Limitation of Liability and Responsibility
  • We, and all cooperating carriers and agencies, act only in the capacity of agents for the hotels, airlines, cruise lines, railroads and bus companies or owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation, guides or other travel or travel related services, (collectively referred to as “Contractors”). All coupons, contracts, exchange orders, receipts and/or tickets issued by us on behalf of such Contractors are subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation or any other travel or travel related services are provided by such Contractors and/or by their employees or agents. We are not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such Contractors or their employees or agents. In addition,
  • We are not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any person or entity it does not own or control, nor for any act or inaction of any other third party not under its control. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, death, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity of any kind which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation any willful or negligent act, failure to act, breach of contract or violation of local law or regulation by any Contractor or other third party, whether or not it uses the our name.
  • Further, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, death or inconvenience due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodation, default, financial default or insolvency of any Contractor or other third party, attacks by animals, injury or death while participating in activities sponsored by us or by a Contractor or other third party, sickness, the lack of appropriate medical care, evacuation to same, if necessary, weather, strikes, acts of God or government, acts of terrorism, or the threat thereof, force majeure, war, quarantine, epidemics, or the threat thereof, criminal activity, or any other cause. You acknowledge that there are inherent and unpredictable risks associated with travel and travel related activities. These risks include but are not limited to loss, injury, death or inconvenience. You expressly assume all risks associated with the travel and travel related services you have arranged through us. You expressly agree that you, your heirs, legal representatives and/or family members will not make a claim against or sue us for any loss, injury, death or inconvenience arising out of such risks. We require that every person using our services agree to the foregoing terms. Since you are the client arranging for travel services, you agree that it is incumbent upon you to either ensure that each member in your party expressly agrees to these terms in writing or personally indemnify us against any claim brought by any family or non-family member in your party against us for any loss, injury, death or inconvenience arising out of such risks.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS

  1. Cancellation Form
  • We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. We will only accept email cancellations once they have a complete, signed, and attached Cancellation Form.
  1. Refund Method
  • Refunds will be sent via the method in which the payment was received. For refunds, any associated transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.

SERVICES

  1. Personalised Travel Itineraries
  • Our Service Fees: In certain circumstances we apply service charges for our travel services. Client accepts and agrees to all fees as outlined in our fee structure. All fees are separate to those imposed by any vendor or supplier with whom the client has confirmed bookings. All service related fees are non-refundable and the client agrees to not charge-back any valid service fees per their signed agreement.
  • Our Responsibility for Your Booking: Your contract is with the supplier and its booking conditions apply. As an agent, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of the arrangements. Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in accordance with your instructions. We accept no responsibility for any information about the arrangements that we pass on to you in good faith. We are not liable for any death or personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
  • Once any payment has been received for Personalised Travel Itineraries, the amount is non-refundable.
  • For the LUXE Personalised itinerary, all flights and accommodations must be booked through Dream Aloud Travels. If not, then the $300 deposit towards trip is forfeited.
  • Once the client has finalized the destination or destinations which they would like to travel to, if they change the destination, a change fee will be charged.
  • In some cases, we book flights, tours and other arrangements on behalf of the client. Dream Aloud Travels will be in no way liable for these purchases.
  • All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
  • No refund will be given for any portions of our services unused by the traveler regardless of circumstances.
  • The refunding of Airfare is entirely based on the policy of the airline or booking platform through which the booking was made.
  • We are not liable to any credit card fraud charges.
  • Price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested. Quotes in foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and International credit card issuer fees. We are not responsible for any increases due to fuel surcharges, government imposed taxes/fees or supplier-imposed increases.
  • You will be required to pay a deposit or make full payment for your booking at the time of booking. Where you only pay a deposit you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you. If full payment is not received by the balance due date, we will notify the supplier who may cancel your booking and charge the cancellation fees set out in their terms and conditions. We do not accept payment for bookings and all payments will be made directly with the relevant supplier.
  • When making your booking we will arrange for you to enter into a contract with the supplier(s) (tour operator/airline or other supplier) named on your booking summary. As an agent we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the supplier or for the services provided by the supplier. The supplier’s terms and conditions will apply to your booking and we advise you to read these carefully as they contain important information about your booking. Please ask us for copies of these if you do not have them. You may wish to purchase flights, hotel, car rental, transfers or other services through us. Each component may be provided by different third party providers of the components you have selected. Your contract will be with the individual suppliers and not with us.
  • Accommodation ratings are displayed as provided by the supplier. These are intended to give a guide to the services and facilities you should expect from your accommodation. Standards and ratings may vary between countries, as well as between suppliers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any ratings given and no warranty is given or implied. Safety standards in some countries may differ. We strongly advise that all customers seek to minimize their exposure to injury by familiarizing themselves with relevant safety information.
  • After registration, on arrival at your accommodation, you will be allocated a room. It is your responsibility to verify the check-in and check-out times directly with your accommodation supplier. Please note that any local taxes and expenses will be payable to your accommodation supplier in resort on check-in or check-out.
  • From time to time, renovation or refurbishment and its associated noise are unavoidable at a hotel. If we are notified of such works we will inform you before you make your booking or within a reasonable time of us being notified.
  • Many of the services which make up your travel itinerary are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier’s liability to you, usually in accordance with applicable International Conventions. Copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions are available on request from us or the supplier concerned.
  • Please be aware that the terms and conditions of the supplier will normally state that your stay can be terminated, with no refund, if the behavior of your party falls below an acceptable standard. Suppliers will also often require you to pay for any damage you cause to the accommodation in resort. We are under no obligation to you if any event such as this occurs. You agree to indemnify us for the full amount of any claim (including all legal costs) made against us by the supplier or any third party as a result of your conduct.
  • The contract for your travel arrangements is between you and the supplier and any queries or concerns should be addressed to them directly. We will gladly assist you with resolving any issues. If you have a problem whilst on your travels, this must be reported to the supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may be reduced or you may not receive any at all depending upon the circumstances. If you wish to complain when you return home, write to the supplier as set out in your booking confirmation.
  • If you have any special requests (for example dietary requirements, cots or room location), please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the supplier but we do not guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not.
  1. Flights
  • Dream Aloud Travels may assist in booking flights for clients however we are only the intermediary and the refund policy will depend on the airline’s rules associated with the ticket that you purchased. Flight booking services are non-refundable.
  • In the case where we collect funds from a client to book a flight, we will refund the client based on the refund policy associated with the ticket booked. After the airline has refunded Dream Aloud Travels, we will then refund the client.
  • Dream Aloud Travels is not responsible for flight delays, for any reason. In case of a delay, whether due to flight delay, immigration and customs, or time spent reporting baggage damage or loss, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements. Transfer costs are not refundable and any additional expenses will be your responsibility.
  • It is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure for international flights. Recommended check in times are subject to change without notification. It is the traveler’s responsibility to remain abreast of changes in condition or airport rules that might require earlier arrival times. This information can be found when entering your confirmation number on the airline website.
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to reconfirm flight times at least 24-72 hours prior to scheduled flights. We will not assume responsibility for any air or schedule changes. Certain countries require departure taxes that require payment in cash. All scheduled airline flights are occasionally subject to overbooking, delay or cancellation. If this occurs, we will use our best efforts to assist you and members in your party in finding alternative arrangements. We, however, are not responsible for any such events and the costs associated therewith.
  • Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If a flight is delayed, Dream Aloud Travels/local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self-transferring to the hotel.
  1. Tours
  • Dream Aloud Travels will sometimes promote specific tour agencies. We are not liable in any way to any issues which may arise through using any services/products promoted by us.
  • Each tour will have varying refund policies noted by the tour operator so we advise that you review before booking.
  • In the case where we collect funds from a client to book a tour, we will refund the client based on the refund policy associated with the tour booked. After the tour company has refunded Dream Aloud Travels, we will then refund the client.
  1. Accommodation
  • Dream Aloud Travels may assist in booking accommodations (including all ranges of hotels, apartments etc.) for clients however we are only the intermediary and the refund policy will depend on the accommodation’s rules associated with the room that you booked.
  • Accommodation booking services are non-refundable.
  • In the case where we collect funds from a client to book an accommodation, we will refund the client based on the refund policy associated with the accommodation booked. After the accommodation has refunded Dream Aloud Travels, we will then refund the client.
  1. Cruises
  • Dream Aloud Travels may assist in cruise bookings for clients however we are only the intermediary and the refund policy will depend on the cruise company’s rules associated with the cruise that you booked.
  • Cruise booking services are non-refundable.
  • In the case where we collect funds from a client to book a cruise, we will refund the client based on the refund policy associated with the cruise booked. After the cruise has refunded Dream Aloud Travels, we will then refund the client.
  1. Group Trips
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. If the quota is not met, the affected traveler will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product/service as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances.
  • Please note that the product/service substitute chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may be subject to an additional cost.
  • Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will depend on the individual tour operator.
  • All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
  • No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
  • The refunding of Airfare is entirely based on the policy of the airline or booking platform through which the booking was made.
  • Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.
  • Payment Plans: As a courtesy we offer payment plans for our trips. Our system sends courtesy reminders about your upcoming payment but you are responsible for ensuring your payment is successful and your card is up to date. If your payment is declined we will attempt 2 consecutive days. After a 3rd failed attempt you are charged a late payment fee of US$10 per day.
  • Missed Payments: Once you miss two monthly payments, your trip is subject to cancellation. Once your trip is cancelled you will be notified via your email. You may reinstate your trip within 7 calendar days of cancellation by paying the full amount past due or your participation will be cancelled.
  • Final Payment Date: Trips must be paid in full by the final payment date of the trip noted in the confirmation email. After 7 business days of failing to make the final payment Dream Aloud Travels reserves the right to cancel your participation.
  • Transfer Policy: You can transfer your trip once to another traveler by notifying us via email at least three months before the trip. There is a one-time transfer fee of US$100.
  • Booking Price: Tour pricing fluctuates and at any time prior to a confirmed reservation the tour price may be increased or decreased without warning. If there is a change in the price from a supplier, Dream Aloud Travels has the authority to change the overall price of the group trip.
  • Occasionally we offer discounted pricing based on inventory which is not retroactive to previously purchased bookings. Any changes in occupancy done post booking will be done at the current pricing available.
  • Roommates: If you book double occupancy for your trip and you do not have a roommate, as a courtesy, we will attempt to pair you with another client who also needs a roommate. However, if 90 days before your trip, you do not have a roommate; you will be required to pay the single occupancy supplement for your trip.
  • Itinerary Changes: While we make every effort to execute the itineraries provided on the website, itineraries are subject to modification and change due to availability or vendor partner changes. In the unlikely event that there are major changes to the itinerary, clients are notified as soon as possible and an equivalent substitution will be offered.
  • Required Medical Insurance: All clients attending a Dream Aloud Travels’ trip are required to purchase a Travel Medical Insurance policy. A Proof of policy document from your insurance provider is required 60 days prior to the trip departure date. Your home Health insurance will most likely not satisfy these requirements. We highly recommend you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes a ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ option to cover your non-refundable trip. Trip cancellation insurance is the only means of receiving reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you cancel your trip for any reason, whether voluntarily or as a result of Dream Aloud Travels’ actions.
  • Health & Wellness: For medical reasons, clients should inform us of any medical history including pregnancy, food allergies and other reasons that might lead to emergency situations during the trip. You should consult your physician to confirm your fitness level for travel and participation in planned activities. Dream Aloud Travels does not provide medical advice.
  • Photo/Video Release: Photography and video of the trip activity is taken throughout the experience and shared with clients post trip. By participating on this trip or at this event you are giving Dream Aloud Travels; its representatives and employees the right to use photographs, video, and testimony given by you during any Dream Aloud Travels “Trip”. Dream Aloud Travels will not disclose your name online or in printed media without additional expressed written consent.

Our Group Trip Cancellation Policy

  • A down payment of twenty percent of the total trip amount is non-refundable.
  • Payment collected over three months before the trip departure is refundable minus the non-refundable down payment.
  • Three months or less prior to trip departure, absolutely no refunds will be issued.

Trip Postponement/Cancellation for Reasons outside Our Control

  • In the rare event that it becomes necessary to cancel the trip for reasons beyond our control, such as terrorism, strikes, acts of governments, pandemics, natural disasters etc. we will reschedule the trip if possible. If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will offer refunds if possible in a queue based on the booking date as we fill your spot.
  • If the trip has to be cancelled, then refunds will be made minus the non-refundable down payment.

CABIN CREW CONNOISSEUR

  • Cabin Crew Connoisseur is a subsidiary of Dream Aloud Travels. All of their services/products are non-refundable.

PRODUCTS

TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • Dream Aloud Travels strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. The tour products listed on www.dreamaloudtravels.com are operated by independent tour providers. We act as an agent for providers of tours, transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. Dream Aloud Travels shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that Dream Aloud Travels will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby waive any such claim against Dream Aloud Travels and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives. Dream Aloud Travels suggests that due to the Cancellation Policy for your tour and the unexpected events that can possibly occur, your party would benefit from purchasing Travel Insurance for your reservation.
  • Dream Aloud Travels has informed you of travel insurance products and will not be liable for any health matters, damage, loss or injuries which happen to you on your trip.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • Except where otherwise expressly stated in these terms, we will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by any event which we or the supplier of the service in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. These events can include, but are not limited to war, threat of war, civil strife terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster and all similar events outside our control or the control of the supplier concerned.

MODIFICATIONS

  • The Terms of Service may be amended or modified by us at any time without notice. It is therefore essential that you consult the terms prior to making every booking, particularly to ensure what provisions are in operation in case they have changed since the last time an order was placed by you. Only those who have accepted the terms and affirmatively indicated their consent to be bound by these terms may make a booking with us. Without this acceptance, any order is subject to cancellation at any time. Our failure to act with respect to a breach of these terms by you, or others, does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee it will act against all breaches of these terms. ​
  • No alterations to these terms and conditions may be made by any employee, independent contractor, authorized representative, or agent, unless in writing by an authorized officer of Dream Aloud Travels Limited.
